Construct-X Consortium Meeting in Stuttgart

19.05.2026|12:36 Uhr

At the 3rd Construct-X consortium meeting, project partners from academia and industry gathered at the ARENA2036 research campus in Stuttgart to discuss key findings and upcoming developments.

The in-depth discussion once again highlighted the importance of close collaboration between research and industry for the digital transformation of the construction sector.

Our team was also actively involved: Franziska Schmidt and Nadja Gravina presented the added value of the use case “Creation of Material Data Passports” and discussed the potential for more efficient digital processes as well as traceability throughout the lifecycle of construction products.

Lukas Krone and Christopher Schwab presented the interplay between the core data model, use case management, and the attribute library. The central question remained at the forefront: “Who needs what data, when, how, from whom, and why?”

In the workshops we led, participants were able to delve deeper into this question and develop concrete strategies for knowledge transfer beyond the actual end of the project.

Many thanks to everyone involved for the engaging discussions, valuable insights, and constructive collaboration. We look forward to continuing the dialogue and strengthening sustainable data governance in the construction industry!
