BIM in sprint - start of the “BIMKommunal in-depth” training series

On 9 December 2024, we were at the City of Düsseldorf's building management department to kick off our new training series together with Ina Scharrenbach, Minister for Home Affairs, Municipal Affairs, Building and Digitalization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Building on the results of the “Municipal BIMsprint NRW” research project, we are now offering the “BIMKommunal - Advanced” training course in addition to the existing “BIMKommunal - Strategy” training course.  Thanks to the playful, innovative approach of the new training course in the form of a simulation game, participants experience the BIM method in a sprint and apply it in various stations that cover the entire building life cycle - from planning to construction to operation. All the necessary tools - from software, VR glasses and tablets to 360° cameras - as well as click and video instructions are available for independent implementation of the BIM use cases.
