The next seminar will take place in the summer semester 2025.

Lecture times: Thursdays 08:15 am - 09:45 am

Lecture room: BIM-LAB HC 01.20

Moodle: to follow

From the summer semester 2025, the chair will be offering a module on the synergies of green and digital transformation in the construction industry together with lecturers from the field. The module teaches the basics and possible applications of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of sustainable construction. Students learn how the BIM method can be used to analyse and optimise ecological, economic and social sustainability aspects over the entire life cycle of a building. In addition to theoretical basics on BIM, the relevance of sustainable construction, sustainability certifications and life cycle analyses, practical exercises are carried out.
