ZECH construction site Torhaus Süd in Duisburg

On June 6, 2024, our students from the Construction Process Management and Building Information Modeling courses were able to gain exciting insights into the job description of construction management at the ZECH Torhaus Süd construction site in Duisburg, for example as part of a live workshop on cycle control or the use of digital tools for defect management. The excursion participants were visibly impressed by the process and occupational safety standards on the construction site and the professional and cooperative partnership between the parties involved. Many thanks to Christoph Kissel for his in-depth presentation on cycle planning and cycle control, lean construction and ZECH Bau's understanding of processes, with which you set standards.
