On 12 June 2025, we were able to gain exciting insights into the job description of construction management with our students on the "Construction Process Management" course at the "TWIN CUBES" ZECH construction site in Düsseldorf. The participants of the excursion were visibly impressed by the work processes on the construction site and the professional and cooperative partnership between the parties involved.

Many thanks to Björn Rink and the working students from ZECH Bau SE for their in-depth presentations on the processes involved in work preparation, subcontracting and lean construction as well as the use of digital tools in defect management, with which ZECH Bau SE is setting standards. A big thank you also to the entire team at the construction site in Düsseldorf for the great organisation and the delicious pizza!
