Knowledge circle "Public sector|Digitalisation and BIM"

The "Public Sector|Digitalisation and BIM" knowledge circle is an initiative of the DPBB Chair for the Management of Digital Processes in the Construction and Real Estate Industry at the University of Wuppertal. The aim is to network public-sector clients and building managers and promote an exchange of knowledge.

To this end, regular meetings are held to focus on topics relating to the introduction and implementation of the BIM method and digitalisation from the perspective of the public sector . In addition to organisational, legal and technical aspects, which are presented by internal and external speakers, the participants also present pilot projects and lessons learned.

On a data exchange platform, participants can exchange relevant documents such as client information requirements, BIM processing plans or contracts in an internal, protected area. In supplementary working group meetings, content-related elaborations are created that offer added value for the various participants.

Interested participants are very welcome!
