In recent years, the Faculty's digital infrastructure for students of architecture and civil engineering has been expanded with the establishment of several laboratories.

With the Laboratory for Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR-LAB), the Laboratory for Computer Aided Model Making (Digi-LAB), which was expanded in October 2019 to include the "Robodeck" in the Robo-LAB, and the Building Information Modeling Laboratory (BIM-LAB), students and lecturers at the faculty have access to a range of modern digital tools covering all phases of building planning and use.
