iMHD - Interactive Module Handbook

Funding provider: Foundation for Innovation in Higher Education under the auspices of Toeper Stiftung gGmbH

Project duration: 09/2022 - 08/2023

The interactive module handbook offers students of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering assistance in relating courses to the construction process and thus promotes understanding of the course content. As part of the project, a web-based interactive module handbook (iMHD) is to be developed, initially for the Architecture and Civil Engineering degree courses, using building construction as an example. The existing module handbooks will be merged. With the help of the iMHD, students should be able to grasp the construction process quickly, easily and clearly right at the start of their studies. This will enable them to transparently assign the course content to the construction process and gain an overview. During their studies, the iMHD should enable students to "navigate" through the entire Bachelor's and Master's degree course. By linking to the existing module handbooks, they can obtain an overview of completed and outstanding courses at any time.
